Face lift rear lights needed with Zm rear?

There was someone before RichardG who has an M bumper with pre facelift lights... has a sterling grey with black a pillars and mirros too... he had his molded/ fiberglassed to accommodated them... will see if i can find it.

I've got the facelift z4, but actually prefer the pre-facelift rear ights! :?

when i first got my car I used to prefer the pre facelift rear lights too... but soon grew to prefer my facelift rear lights.

I know the one you mean and to begin with that's the one I was thinking it was, but through searching found Richards instead. I cant remember hi username and don't think he has been on here for a long time.

Easy enough to do. Just need a bodyshop to reprofile the edge where it mates to the lower profile of the lights.

Pretty sure there's one with an ///M bumper on the forum and earlier lights.

Modding is all about having a unique style, i said when i brought my Zed from new that i would NEVER mod her but years later im here spending thousands on her as the OEM look does nothing for me now so need to inject new love into her IE modding like shes new and different again........it would be a boring Zed world if all our Zeds were the same! :thumbsdown:

That's what kick started all mine, 5 years after the initial purchase, now approaching 9 years of ownership, I've some 3.0Si calipers and discs waiting to be fitted and I think that's me finished.

There's some brilliant modding going on here. IMO ranski's and richardg's cars both look fantastic.

As I said in the original thread covering the mod .
I had the all the bumper work done for one simple reason and it was nothing to do with availability of parts of or not wanting to do the changes to the wiring or coding, it was done simply because I much prefer shape and design of the Pre-Facelift rear lights.
