I do actually, not sure how much of difference it makes as i can't be bothered to remove it. I bought it with the car to appease mrs roofless and once i had snapped it into place i couldn't be bothered to keep clipping it in and out. I do find it a little annoying at night as it turns lights on the cars behind into stars but i seem to be able to live with it.
Went to le mans in July. Picked up mate at 5am roof down all the way. 600 miles. Agree on deflector, good but restricts lights, but can't be arsed to remove it.
Hearing this - I am going to take mine off today, as it's a waste of space and doesn't do much good....so out it comes - and it oesn't do much for the looks of the car either...
I've got the mesh wind blocker and mine is in permanently. If you take yours out you'll be surprised the difference it makes.
Actually it could make more of a difference if it didn't have the huge gap at the bottom. Anyone successfully plugged this gap with black rubber door edging or the like???
I have the original bmw deflector, but would like to get the Hartge deflector, but can't find a stockist in the uk. Anyone already got it or know where I can get one? cheers.
