Hopefully someone on here will have some advice on this.
My 2013 X333D Sport has adaptive lights and they are xenon as well. It has daylight running lights which are the halo things. I always leave the light switch on auto so the dipped beam comes on when the light fades.
So far so good. I went out last night when it was dark and I felt that the lighting at the front was poor so I stopped and there were no dipped lights on at all even though the halo for the dips was lit up. Switched them off and back on again and during this process the lighting was momentarily very bright, as it always has been. My guess is that its some module that has gone but where that is and how to test it is beyond me so can anyone help. If its not a module or the ballast unit then it could be the switch although I think that is unlikely because it functions correctly and additionally I have no warnings on the dashboard
