If you can find a picture of the underneath showing the seat rails that will help. If your buying from someone you know then measure the seat rail width (hole to hole) and measure from hole to hole front to back.
You will definitely have to modify the seat rails but I have made some plates which you bolt to the seat rail of e89 seats which I think will work for these seats also.
The electrics will have to be rewired but it's not too complicated.
That's useful, at least you can easily measure the bolt holes. Also check how the seat belt is fixed. Some models have the seat belt fixed to the floor of the B pillar.
