Might as well let Hammy commentate....as he's over the hill and can't set his car up.... :poke: :P
Let him drive your car to show you ,how it should be driven :poke: :fuelfire:
I did enjoy the GP think the new changes have mixed things up nicely.

Joking aside it'd be good to see what any of these F1 drivers make of, say, an M on the road. I bet they're all used to hyper cars with flappy paddles and all the bells and whistles, I bet most have never driven a comparative manual dinosaur on the road.

Hammy's welcome to try mine anytime.....have to be a dry day though so the roofs down to fit his ego in the thing.... :poke:

Entertaining racing but spoilt somewhat when neither wanted to lead the race going into one particular corner.

You can’t blame them for that when they both knew the driver in front going onto the straight wasn’t going to be leading at the end of it :?

I found that bit highly entertaining. They have fractions of a second to make these choices, the less time to think the better the racing IMHO :D

I only saw the highlights on C4 but really enjoyed watching!

The decisions about not wanting to be in front at certain parts of the track were fascinating. It just shows how much the current drivers have to take into account.

I would have rather seen LeClerc win than Verstappen but at least the racing seemed fair, which makes a change from the Verstappen we've seen in the past!

Russell did really well to get the Merc into Q3 and finish 5th, but Hamilton getting 6th was also pretty impressive given where he started.

2022 season is looking great!

I don't know. It's become a mixed bag, I still think It's an all-around fun time though! Can't hate on some good old-fashioned racing.

I wasn't surprised (or disappointed) that Max had a DNF, but it was unusual for it to happen with all the wheels on his car!

The Ferrari was the class of the field - Carlos must have been kicking himself.

And it was good to see Brits finish 3rd, 4th and 5th.

I know we've only had 3 races so far but the results are unpredictable which makes it much more interesting.

I laughed my b*ll*cks off when Max DNF'd............I'm such a jerk
Me too.
I can't rationalise it but would rather the spoilt brat from Monaco win than the spoilt brat from Holland (Belgium or wherever).
Impressed with Magnusson so far, considering his track record. He is making young Schumacher look like he doesn't have his dad's win at all cost genes.

Queen Latifi should maybe have stuck to rapping? :D

Completely missed that there was a grand prix at the weekend. Too busy enjoying nature. Spotted the comments here and caught up tonight.

Max dnf again.   Long may that continue.

Hiya Slick.....quick question, how do you spell LAPPED...? Is how I spelled it correct..? :poke: :poke:

Merc need Rob Smedley as Hamfisted's race engineer...."Lewis, George is quicker than you...do you understand the message" ? :P

A little disappointing that with all the new regs, there was so little overtaking this weekend. :(

i think conditions played a big part in it... one dry line into tamburello meant no option to send one up the inside, and no drs meant no massive overspeed round the outside.

On the plus side, the top 10 finishers were from 8 different teams, so quite unlike the noahs ark situation we were getting a year or two ago.

i think normal service will be resumed at a nice dry miami circuit, looks to be some decent opportunity for overtakes.

Bastid :fuelfire: ...................

Well it's certainly become much less predictable than it was for years, which can only be a good thing.

Felt a bit sorry for Charles, but going for 2nd when you are in a safe 3rd place that is what can happen.

Good to see Lando and Charles in 3rd and 4th, but Lewis is getting shown up a bit now he seems to have a team-mate with real talent!

If Max isn't crowned World Champion ever again, he'll be the only World Champion to have never won a World Championship :fuelfire: :poke: :P
