Mmmm, M-embossed headrests, and the leather looks a bit finer (is it Nappa) than the normal m-sports, and have the single panel thigh bolsters.

Shame they have the cut, but it's only on that front panel so should be easy/cheap to sort if you wanted :)

Good luck with the sale!

Interested!

Do I get anything thrown in free for my $5000? Holiday to the Maldives, 12 months free fuel, Pioneer plasma 42" tv, etc?

I was going to leave this now but your pathetic name calling has prompted me to think otherwise. So.....

1) I'm not your "bro".

2) Youre absolutely right I couldnt afford them at such a daft price......

3) Then theres shipping to the UK which would be quite pricey.

4) Should I have bought them at anything over $1000, they'd arrive and I'd feel like I'd been date raped very hard by the donkey that lives in the field opposite you. Eeeeooooorrrwwwwwww!

Tell you what, I'll buy them. But.......on the proviso you pay $60,000 US for my car? Deal?

Don't mean to get arsey, but the seller has a right to not have his/her thread full of un-constructive comments.

This may well be a reasonable going rate in the US market, and since the loom plugs are different for Euro RHD pre/post facelift vs US facelift seats, they won't be much use to a UK owner I don't think, unless they really know what they are doing :(

Also, if they don't sell, then the owner can then re-adjust their price into line with what others are willing to pay if they still want to sell :)

Dave

Dave you make some valid points in the posts and I wish eveyone played nicely all the time.

I would however note that regardless of the price being asked and if it is reasonable or not (that's dakz4roadsters's call and market forces to determine) the advert does really invite comment with it's giant bolded heavy opening line, use of 's**t ' and aggressive overtones, plus the the rest of the post in CAPS. I'm not sure it's a way to attract buyers and nobody else.

The intro text is a little inflamatory, but I actually didn't read it, it's my brains 'bold is bad' web filter filtering it out :P

DannyBoy's comment didn't deserve such a harsh response. This is an open forum and you can almost expect some commentary in a thread such as this. Life's too short to get that upset for a comment so insignificant (and one that I agreed with). BTW, the harsh response has done exactly what you wanted to avoid. It has created a distraction from the main issue.

Best of luck to the OP selling these seats.

I think it was the fact that the other thread was closed for the very same issue, between the same two people, and then it started again here.

Tongue biting is a prerequisite for a smoothly operating buying and selling section of a forum, as there will always be prices people believe to be a bit crackers, but it would be a mess if I went through every for sale thread saying what I thought things were worth, and believe me I do have to bite my tongue sometimes :P
