extra long locking wheel nuts

Hi guys,
I'm struggling to find anyone that supplies locking wheel nuts for ///m coupe with 20mm spacers. Does anyone know where I can get some. I think the bolt length should be between 46 and 48mm as according to McGards when I phoned them (who don't make them).

Cheers

Go speak to an Indy... I think mine are 46mm. I have some spares in the garage so I'll try and measure one later if I remember. Wouldn't touch bolt on spacers with a barge pole, but that's just my opinion.

Speak to Machine Monkey. He sourced me some locking wheel bolts for 20mm spacers and machined them down to the correct length.

If you get a set 50 mm long and send them to me. I will machine them down ( it's all in the name ) no charge you will just have to pay the p&p

Can't see why not. The standard bolts are 25mm long if you have 20mm spacers then they are about right. 1 mm extra on a m12 x1.5 mm thread. 1mm is 2/3 of a turn. And to be fair the extra length as long as its not fowling anything can't harm?

The only reason I said 50mm is that that is a standard length. I can then machine them down.

Relax Bing all is well with you zed

Now go tuck her up its going to be h&r able tonight.

Cheers MM

Tucked up, hoping my customer doesn't insist I have to go to the meeting I have scheduled

Wish my garage was finished. I am toying with the ideas of getting the ramps out so I can get it in. There is a 2ft steep up into it... Long story.

The problem is finding M12 locking bolts with a 50mm thread.
I've not seen them for a Z4.
I was wondering if the mini wheel bolts fit a Z4?
They are M12 but I'm not sure if the tapering on the head of the bolt will fit, I think it has to be 60 degrees.
Try giving THESE PEEPS a call cos they do a 50mm thread length on locking bolts but you need to confirm the fitment.
Worth a try.

My local boy racer shop can get them I can't remember the brand. And they are the wobbly head type bolts but 60 degrees. I will find out the brand name.

Probably not but its late I have had a hard week. And it's the best I can do Dave.....

I am really at a loss how else to describe them???????
