Exterior mirror package auto close/open software

Morning all,

After having pressed the open/close button for my mirrors around 1 million times now, I was just wondering if anyone had the software for auto open/close on ignition and if they'd be looking to help a fellow owner out :driving:

I had a look at that at the time a few years back, and only eOpen was a company I found who had the hardware module for that.

Thanks for the fast reply pvr! So I guess the module would have to be bought in order to do this mod unless anyone on the forums was to have one... do you know if the module has to stay in the car or the software gets uploaded?

I spent a long time decoding the signals with the developer from Intravee at the time, but there are no pulses when folding the mirror via the switch so there was nothing that could be done via software. It has to be a hardware device (permanent) that gives the signal to the mirrors to fold.

I'm sure you could design a little circuit to do the same job as a button press with ign on and off, that wouldn't cost much.

or you can simply code them to fold/unfold when you lock/unlock the car :roll:

How and with what? Never heard of a successful coding for that as there are no signals to send.

can be coded with ncs expert, called comfort folding . will give exact setting once im back home .
