Explain your name...

Nothing quirky or clever I'm afraid but created out of frustration years ago when I set up my first gmail. So trying to find a name that wasn't taken I just banged in a few letters (looks like I ran my left hand around the key pad) and ended up with ewazix and it's stuck :idunno:

Mines from a very old joke from many moons ago.

A Native American brave was curious as to how he had received his name. So he went to speak to his father, the chieftain of the tribe.

"Father," he asked, "how is it that I acquired my name.

The noble chieftain began a long narrative for his youngest son.

"Well, my son, I named you and both of your brothers for an event which occurred on the day each of you were born. For example, the day your eldest brother was born, I saw a deer running swiftly through the forest, so I named him Deer Running Swiftly.

"Likewise, when your middle brother was born, the rain was pouring hard outside of the wigwam, so I named him Rain Pouring Hard.

"Why do you ask, Two Dogs f***ing?"
Best one yet

I wish I'd put more thought into my choice but I've used it for years.

Rosskins - shortened from "Rosskin-The-Josskin" a name I was called over 20 years ago at work after an office debacle  Has been my tag ever since.

It's a quick story, nothing contentious and bound to bring out a laugh but certainly not here! It involves a shoe, one ruptured fuel tank and a pair of ripped pants! End of subject  Never been able find out what a 'Josskin' actually is?

Years ago back when I had my clio 172 I wanted a reg I could use as my forum name so it was easy for people to know who I was at meets, it worked a treat. It's been my forum name ever since. I still get people recognising my reg and coming up to me asking if they know me from somewhere usually it's off one forum or Instagram etc

Without wanting to hi jack the thread - an explanation of some avatars might help!
The combination of brake dust being washed off on of my 120dx's front wheels by hard rain but then drying almost instantly from the heat after a fast back road driving session. It just epitomised Ultimate Driving Machine to me.

Ducklakeview...

Hmm, we live in a house that sits next to a large lake, with duck in it, and sometimes our dog - Roxy...

Our house is the one illuminated in my test of my latest 5000lm LED torch (torches are on of my "things" :) )
