Exhaust tip replacement

Hi Guys,

Can anyone put me in the direction of where to buy replacement exhaust tips? Mine have seen better days.

I found these for the M3 but not sure if they fit as the outlet positions are different on the Z4M

I have fitted Euro Tips to mine - they were from a group buy on an M3 forum, so they should fit. The Euro tips are a larger diameter, and stick out slightly further - but look better IMHO.

It was on an M3 forum group buy, but do a google on Euro Tips and you might find a source. I'd had them on the shelf for about 4 years, just got round to fitting last year.
 
I need to replace the stock tips with ones that stick out more as I'm fitting the ACS diffuser kit.
 
I've been searching for months but our options are really limited. Though you may have seen aftermarket exhausts come paired with 80mm tips, the factory tips are spaced more closely so you're realistically limited to 76mm (or 3 inches) max. That means your options for replacement tips are:

1. ID 50mm, OD 76mm (via inner pipes)
2. ID 60mm, OD 76mm (via outer pipes)
3. ID 65-66mm, OD 76mm (slip over existing tips)

The factory tip is 100mm or 4" long, so if you go with Option 1, in theory you'd need something shorter since the inner pipes extend out further. But you can see why our options are limited as most aftermarket tips are for F/G series that are much larger. Hence, the only options I know of are Burkhart ($$$), eBay clamp on tips, or custom (e.g., machine monkey though even those are now discontinued).

Yep I’m interested. Also interested in rolled edge too.
 
I Fitted VW chrome tips to my 3.0si - check dia on Ebay sold per pair about £16 when I bought them.

Yes I’m interested if they’re willing to ship to USA.

Ideally comes with rivet install like factory and has bigger diameter (e.g. 70-76mm).

Thanks all for the input. I've not bought anything yet as but I'm planning to take the rear frame out soon for a full refresh so may as well do the exhaust tips at the same time
 
I tried the amazon ones most fit, they were smaller than oem and looked cheap plus I didn't personaly like the style myself.

I got these, biggest I could get to fit really. I'm happy with the fitment and look.

My car came with after-market Powerflow back boxes and I removed the tips to polish them, then decided to leave them off as the pipes polished up nicely and I thought they looked better without tips.

So I have 4 tips I don't need. The only downside is that my tail-pipes are bigger than standard M ones so IIRC the internal diameter of the tips is 75mm.

But if they would be of any use to someone please get in touch.
