Whatever that disease is you should isolate that car it looks contagious,
Think someone tried to learn how to weld with one eye,in the dark using just their left arm whist wearing boxing gloves.
Not noticed those clamps on mine whenever i have been underneath, not saying they are not stock but they certainly dont look it,and with the other issue it looks to me thats a diy job of some discription
