I’m looking at fitting a Magnaflow 12468 muffler to a 3 litre, removing the mid resonator and installing an X pipe in place of this... then comes the question of where to put the x pipe...
By my logic I’m thinking that putting it nearer the back before the muffler is better than putting it where the mid resonator would be because it’s likely to affect scavenging more at the front and maybe not for the better?
Any thoughts on this would be appreciated
