Noticed yesterday that I have a broken flange on my OEM exhaust between the rear box and pipe, I’ve read that you can buy a flange repair kit, any recommendations which one does the job best.

Hello Bombardino,

I have a similar problem as one of the flanges is on its last leg... this is what I am looking at

I haven't yet purchased or fitted it yet. I know it doesn't fully answer your query but perhaps still helps

I do have those in my watched items on eBay. Not sure how good they are though.

I am looking at this one too... perhaps a more reliable supplier?

Easy job if you are careful with a grinder to get any non broken bits off

Then a juggling act to get all the bit in the right place and the bolts in

Yes it doesn’t look to problematic, where did you get yours from & would you recommend them?

Ebay ones are decent quality. The extra money can go on the gasket/donut things.
Gasket donut things ?? I take it the kits don’t come complete, what else is required?

Comes with the gaskets. Don’t know why i6 don’t supply the gaskets anymore, used to when I brought mine.

TH i6 ones are fine, I have them. I used the existing donuts as they are solid so don't squash or wear out.

I ended up getting a set of eBay, In the end I only replaced one flange as the other three looked solid. Even though I only changed one it aligned well with the existing flange & worked fine.
