exhaust camshaft sensor oil leak

My E85 2008 Z4 M seems to be leaking oil at the exhaust camshaft sensor , just below rear of head , just below valve cover.

Back story. Saw leaking exhaust camshaft sensor oil leak and valve cover leaking bad enough was dripping on exhaust. So , replaced valve cover gasket and a new exhaust camshaft sensor and rubber o ring. Valve cover leak stopped , but exhaust camshaft sensor slightly leaks oil. This of course only happens with engine running. Could the oil seperator (part# 1157840446) be plugged causing pressure in the head? Or something else? Seems to me if high pressure under the valve cover it would overflow thru oil seperator into the air box intake.

Help?

Have you inspected the oil pressure relief valve as this is usually the culprit if there is an oil leak from the back of the engine? It's actually top of the block at the rear of the engine on the exhaust side...

A new oil pressure relief valve is about £40 although you can just change the o ring from Hack engineering for about £5 but get whacked for £9 delivery
