Hi and welcome :D Top tip there. Wee bit younger but just got quoted £440 (or £320 with my SWMBO added) for an M3 Frozen Silver Limited Edition. Moneysupermarket.com. Well worth a try. Oh decided to pay £440 :evil: Apologies for free ad. Roll on 21st January

Shiny z,and a decent price for the car...and very distinctive with the roof choice :D

As for the insurance,i had a 3.0 for yrs (from my early/mid 30s),and paid between £385 and £515 ins per yr,for 5yrs,with prot ncb of 11-17yrs...so u should be looking at around £300-ish i would reckon.
Try Admiral,always found them cheapest for me,espcly with Protected ncb :thumbsup:

One other thing- the salesman (BMW main dealer)-who sold me the car, said that if conditions icy,that I should turn off the (otherwise constant ) traction control- the opposite to what you would think..he said its something to do with the rear wheel drive or something...thoughts ?? :?
 
Very nice car you will really love :driving: that. It is an usual colour combo but its good to be different. I am sure you can get your insurance down form that..
