Exceptional service - Gloucester Cotswold

I have only GLOWING things to say after just servicing my Z at the above dealership. They have always been really helpful to me selling parts online at great prices and so I considered taking my car there.

Got a full new set of 108's under warranty and the car was thoroughly checked over and the job done beautifully. I chose this dealership over my local garage as the service was so personal - something that is ever so rare these days. It is amazing how nice people are outside of London :-D

I will DEFINITELY make the 150 mile journey again next time.

Good to hear, I nearly bought my Z from there...I live in Wales so I may pay them a visit if my local Sytners don;t buck up their ideas...

You could always try the independent route and use Gloucester BMW next time.

Dave, who runs/owns the garage, had been a BMW mechanic at the Gloucester BM dealership before Cotswold had them shut down (or so the rumour goes). He had serviced my E30 M3 when at the BM dealer and continued with servicing it until I sold it (what a mistake) a few years ago, even though I moved to the other side of the country. Since then I have even taken the E46 M3 back there. If the Z4 wasn't so cheap (?) to service at the local (nearly) BM dealership I would take the Z4 there as well.
