The M has been in for Inspection II and after much searching I settled on Darren Wood in Stockport and the service was excellent. Car dropped off the evening before and in the workshop overnight to be worked on cold the next morning.
The guys love their BMW and especially M models. They have a very clean workshop and an album full of the cars they have worked on. I picked the car up the following afternoon to hear the good news that not only was their nothing major wrong but the engine on opening up the cover was very clean (perhaps those 6K oil changes are worth it) and the entire car reported as in very good condition. It needed 4 exhaust shims and the air conditioning belt was changed as it was found to be split. I provided the oil and the bill for all the work and a fantastic valet was £522 incl. VAT
I went over from Leeds for the service and would do it again. Highly recomended.
