Evening all

Hello all,

I thought I should join the forum having availed myself of its content for some time now. I'm a retired old **** so have loads of time. I have an 06 black Z4 which I've had for about 10 months. We love it but are looking to get an E89 Asap as my wife and I do quite a lot of long distance trips. I'm a huge fan of all two wheeled sport particularly motorcycle road racing of all sorts. I have three bikes at the moment, all Kawasakis for what it's worth.
Anyway greetings to you all and hope to converse soon.

You made the right decision to join the Forum , albeit not very quickly - welcome.

Having owned the Zed for 10 months you must have a large catalogue of pics of it, so please do share.

The Newbies section shows how to post pics on here. Being an old **** is no excuse, but in recognition of yout advanced years we'll double the length of permitted time - so anytime before 11:00 pm tonight will be just fine. :D

Enjoy the Forum.

Welcome 1Gom - don't forget to post up photos of your bikes too - lots of keen bikers on this forum.

:driving:

Welcome. A retired old ***Policeman***, I would guess, from the 'Evening All' greeting perhaps ?

If so, we would all like to see the Evidence of your Zed, Officer !

E89 very capable (I have one) but can't see any reason why the E85/6 can't fit the bill, in fact for longer trips it's probably better in terms of luggage capacity. The E89 boot is barely adequate at best once the roof is stashed in there!

Hello eveyone!
No not a policeman sorry!!!!
Will attempt to post a few pix over the next few days or so but I'm not very good at these things. The E85 is actually on EBay at the moment. It is listed in Witham, Essex and was put on last night having previously been listed but with an upload problem at Ebays end. They refunded my money and advised to relisted.
The bikes are a 1997 ZRX 1100 bought new in 1997 and a Z1a which I have restored to its former beauty. That will also be going on EBay some time soon. The other bike is KV 75 from 1976 but that is in bits. It's Kawasakis take on a Monkey Bike but was never bought into the UK. Started the restoration then got sidetracked.

Kind regards to all and thank you for the welcome.
