Euro roadtrip getaway ideas?

Taking the gf away and planning a little 3-5 day surprise trip on Eurostar with the Zed in the next month or so. Anybody here recommend a mixture of good roads and beautiful destination/accommodation etc?

Went last year, was great fun, although with the girlfriend you may need more stops. Lucern in Switzerland was stunning.
