I'd like to see an E89 in Leguna Seca blue or Steel Grey. Those E36 colours were/are amazing.

+1 on steel grey, would really suit the E89, fantastic colour.

I just read on bimmerpost that the e89 is shortly to be available in estoril blue, one of my favourite BMW colours. It will be interesting to see what it looks like on an e89... Love/hate.

Dang, I ordered a deep sea blue for Munich pick-up in June. Next time.

I would not worry about it ! 'Gas van' blue is far too common, certainly in the UK, whereas 'Deep Sea Blue' is classy and much rarer ! (In my humble opinion of course !)

[gratuitous photo opportunity!] Steel Grey is such a great colour. My old 2.8 facelift Z3 looked amazing in different light and there was a non-Zoolander blue steeliness to it at times. I'd have another in a heartbeat.

No better colour for a Z3 imo inkys, your old one looks fantastic, many thanks for posting pics.

I tried so much to like them as I really wanted one but I could'nt live with the steering wheel being offset to the pedals, I test drove about 5, shame really, I think they look fabulous.

i always wondered why estoril blue wasnt available for the z4 when most other models in the bmw range had it. im glad they have finally decided to do it but its a bit too late for me. it will look stunning in the flesh

I like the colour and I think it could work wonders on an E89!
Unfortunately it's become a bit common of late and every 3 or 4 series you pass in in Estoril Blue. Probably because there's not much else to choose from.

Laguna seca blue is gorgeous. An old boss of mine had an e46 M3 convertible in that colour, with the interior colour matched. Loads of people thought it was a bit much, but I loved it

I believe it when I have a real world photo in Estoril Blue.

And how come they took away EB2 from the m-sport package with some 3-series and some 4-series and now start offering it in the Z? That's bogus. I would be pissed if I got the M-sport package on a 3.

In any case, now that the sun is out I am very, very happy with my Mineral Grey. Screw everything else. Until next winter.
