Essex BMW and Indy servicing prices

After encountering some issues with my car i have decided to service the car while i take it in for diagnosing as inspection 2 is due in 4k anyway. Following are the prices i got from a BMW dealer in Colchester and couple of Indies in Essex.

BMW Colchester
1. Inspection 2 - £490
2. Brake fluid - £97.80
3. Coolant flush - £113.99
4. Manual Transmission fluid - £NA
5. Differential fluid - £95.12
6. Fault Diagnostic - £45

PMW LTD Chelmsford
1. Inspection 2 - £310 plus VAT
2. Brake fluid flush - £69.95
3. Coolant flush - £79.95
special offer coolant flush and brake fluid - £109
4. Manual transmission and diff fluid change - £141.29
5. Fault dianostic - £65 plus VAT
New O2 sensors - £393.05

Moores Motor Service Wichford
1. Inspection 2 - £280 plus VAT but does include manual transmission, differential fluid and brake fluid change.
2. Coolant flush - £38.50 plus VAT
3. Fault Diagnostic - £45 plus VAT

My concern with taking it to Moores Motor Service is the price seems to good to be true compared to other dealers. Is anyone here familiar with MMS in Wickford? Also what sort of prices are you paying for similar services at your indy garages?

Phone at least three local BMW Main Dealers and do some haggling. I just had Inspection 1 done, original price was £370inc and got them to do it for £199inc after price matching an incorrect price.
 
Harold Wood quoted £451 for inspection 2. Think i will be taking it to local dealer in Colchester just for peace of mind.
