Essential Equipment for E89 owners.

Heated Steering Wheel is the only thing missing from my car, and it really bugs me that I don't have it. Looked into retrofitting it but I think its going to be too complicated/expensive.

I'd say electric folding mirrors and wind deflector are pretty essential. And the Music interface option to bluetooth stream music from my iPhone.
 
I'd say the only 'essential' is the proper engine :driving: . Apart from that, heated seats + wind deflector make roof down easier more often. I've never wanted a heated steering wheel? Just aim the blowers at your hands, sorted.

Its the only thing missing from mine too, but, never having it I don't miss it, heated seats are pretty high, and now I have upgraded my speakers, my audio :)
 
Heated memory seats and wind deflector. I would also love electric folding mirrors as the garage entrance is narrow. :thumbsup:
 
Better sounding exhaust .....
then take out the stereo system or just the on button, so you can spend more time listening to the.... better sounding exhaust!!!!

I moved to Edinburgh and trust me the heated steering wheel is an essential up here!
 
Electric folding mirrors, heated seats, sports seats, cruise control and a 3 lt engine, my must haves on my next Z4 with std suspension and not in black can I find one, NO Grrrrr
 
An OH who can pack light for a trip - or it's roof up only! :lol:

Lovely car and ticks all the boxes apart from the seats :( wife finds the std seats uncomfortable over a distance and prefers the sports seats
