Enough, already..... Here's Some Pictures

wow! and best color combo for my tatest too! great idea to have the badge deletion, I always thought the E89 lettering was overkill, specially on the sides.

I was going to have the sDrive badge removed from the sides when I got the car, but actually quite like them. People often look down at them when sitting in queues of traffic. :D

In actual fact I'm thinking about switching around the 2 and 3 so it reads sDrive 32i ... 3.2 litres of pure power  8)

Well done petach, looks stunning, there doesn't seem to be many E89 3.0l around, another reason to get one

Well, it has certainly attracted attention on this forum. Thanks to all for your best wishes and congrats. Won't get my sticky fingers on it until next week, so lots of sleepless nights thinking about it. Might do a review after the first couple of weeks of real world driving (in an amateur, non expert way).

Think the 3.0 is rare as a used car because it is so new. My one was manufactured in Feb this year and registered in May. The registration plate begins with a "Y" and I understand this denotes a buy in for a manager. 44 miles on the clock!

So you will it before the French trip then, assuming that is still going ahead.

Hi pvr, I anticipate having it before the trip, likely get it next week. I'd like it for the trip to give it a nice run out. I might just fire up the trip thread again to attract more attention too. Cheers

Great looking car! Love the red... not seen one yet. Could be a big draw for the France trip!

Y at the beginning of the registration probably means it was registered by BMW UK at their Thorne facility in Yorkshire/Humberside. All of their management cars are regsistered their.

Counting down the days! Might be Thursday or Friday. Depends on when the Golf comes out of body shop at VW after having an offensive Ka removed from rear end. The jig-saw of interior bits are now being fitted, then clean and polish.

Some rotten bugger dinged the door of Grey Zed in Ikea car park at Lakeside over the weekend. Luckily I have Smart Repair Insurance and I should get a visit from Dent Wizard this week. Grey Zed will now be garaged til handover!

Cannot wait to get my hands on "RedZed"

Ikea ... I trust you were wearing your sweat shirt and joggers :poke:

Brooks Brothers Chinos, loafers, odd socks and a blue button down Brooks Brothers shirt. i left the jeans and swettie to my daughter who was looking for a cheap TV unit whilst I headed straight for the hot dogs!

The oaf who marked my car was obviously wearing the intellect that distinguishes right from wrong, easily!

Running a fever......scarlet fever. Can't sleep, can't eat.

Off to dealer in the morning to collect the Scarlet Beast. Taken a day off work to enjoy it all by myself, then have the whole weekend too.

Man, I am more excited than a bunch of old ladies at a Cliff Ritchard concert.

Good luck with the new car! I have your American twin- apart from the steering wheel being on the "other side" and 276 wheels, same spec. Prepare yourself for the looks and comments! My wife refers to the colour as Ticket Me Red

Well, today's the day then! bet you can't wait, look forward to hearing about it and seeing more pictures. I stll have about 11 weeks to wait for mine.

Hope the sun comes out today for you.
