Got the New Stat point. BS10 7TU. May be worth a PM to all, to be sure they get it.

Its in the Thread Title and also on the Opening Page. Plus I've added a post to the South East and Midlands crews threads who are meeting up for convoys to get here.

Are you in touch with RJ-Baz_3.4 at all Buzy ?

Spoke with Rob this evening. They are heading up on Saturday too. Looking forward to this one. Just need some more of last weekends weather. 8)

I'll be staying somewhere nearby on the Saturday - probably be down pretty early to do another drive, thinking of the heads of the valleys road down to near Merthyr or possibly the top road through the Brecons :driving: . I might actually have to take Friday off to do all of that...
Unbooked the boycarfriend; booked the new Mrs instead for the trip  so, Number 5, take note if needed - 2 attendees for me - do you know whether the eatery on Sunday does gluten-free stuff per chance? If so, one gluten-free menu pls
Just need to detail the car now (unlikely to happen in the time as it takes me days and days - so you'll just have to settle for it being reasonably clean). Sad news not to see JE there, though.
Stevo

Stevo I live nearby and if your ok for bit of advice don't bother with the Heads of the Valleys road! If you do get over there come off the M4 at Cardiff Central Jct 32 and take the A470 and stay on it all the way to Brecon town.
Take the same road back, should be enough for a short run out. Heads of the Valley road is all road works being widened so mostly 40 MPH with cameras.

Fair enough, I wouldn't have known that. I'd thought of the road to Brecon as well and it sounds like I should do that instead. No problems with local knowledge, cheers for the heads up

If anyone else is looking for accomodation, try the "Two Rivers" in Chepstow.
It s a large Marston's Rottiserie Pub with accomodation rooms next door, similar to a Premier Inn type set up.
Not sure on pricing, but its only been open a year or so.

Haha I wouldnt be much help been in porthmadog all week! Home tomorrow can't wait.

Please see the opening post for updates.

Dick Lovett BMW have told me today that on the 12th, they will have Technicians floating around the showroom to answer any questions you may have about your Zed and may even have a couple on the ramps to look at, for those who've possibly never had a good look under theirs.

In the Showroom, they currently have plenty to look at too:
M235i Convertible
M135i Sport Hatch
M4 Coupe
i8
420 Convertible in red
Z4 1.8M sport
640 GT 4 door in white

Some lovely motors there !

Wish you hadn't said that out loud... PVR will have mine up on ramps for an Inspection 3

Very responsible, before he can thrash them, he's got to have your nuts inspected....

Just had some scrapes machine polished out at said BMW dealer today, after some sod scraped my bumper in a car park and kindly left no details what-so-ever.

Tried hand polishing and no luck, was fearing a respray but looks fine to my eye!

Sounds like you've done some great work organising this with them, should give them some publicity out of the deal as well and certainly wouldn't mind a peek under my M as haven't done so in about a year when I fitted the RPi's!

What happen to Group.6 & 7
and the old starting point is still there.

You have done a great job Alan  "

Looking forward to the biggest meet :driving:

I just got a room for 2 with breakfast included at the Interchange Hotel Almondsbury for £49. WIN.

I'll be around the Bristol area making lots of noise in the marmite machine if anyone wants a city drive and pint during the evening?

I could be tempted on a pint if I can get the Mrs to taxi me home after haha. Will have to see about that one on the day!

My excitement for this is literally growing each day, I feel like a kid at Xmas!

Anyone else staying at the Hilton in Woodlands Lane?
Thats decent. Gym and a small pool & jaccuzzi if I remember correctly. There's a nice Starbucks in the business park on the opposite side of the roundabout.
