Hi All, Good news..

We've got a new starting venue for the event: (BS10 7TU)

I approached Dick Lovett BMW (Bristol) and asked if they were interested in hosting us for the start of the event. They have kindly agreed and offered us a parking area and the luxury of their Showroom from 10am to 11:30 when the last group of cars will depart.

I know they have an i8 there, but I'm sure there will be a few other choice specimens in the showroom for us to admire, whilst we gather over complimentary teas & coffees.

Porsche & Mini showrooms on-site too:

it's all building up to be a great day, Fingers crossed for the weather too ! :thumbsup:

I'm sure I'll be proposing a 'Servicing agreement' on #19 if anyone puts their deposit on an i8 :thumbsup:

Stu-boy: I've advised 57 cars and they're looking forward to quite a spectacle.

And PVR, I'll ask if they can put a Porsche event on next door for you :rofl:
 
Very cool. I want to drive the Police Mini... Or at least persuade them to let me switch the blue and twos on :evil:

I had a look at a VX220 Turbo on Friday, place was a Porker specialist, they had some nice looking cars.

Nothing strange there, a Porker dealer is just the place you'd go and look if you wanted to buy a Vauxhall isn't it... :?

Did they have a nice selection of Cavaliers and a couple of Vivas too?
 
Anyone coming from Essex / Herts etc. on Saturday who wants to meet on the M40 on the way with about 10 of us from saff of the river, stick a post on the South East Hooners thread :thumbsup:
