Further Additions
Im happy to run a Reserve list based on the order people have posted on the thread, however we really cant take any more additions now.

The Police consented it at 50 based on the numbers I proposed and driving in smaller sub groups. Ive already extended slightly beyond this to cater for those originally on the reserve list and its getting slightly more complicated by a few parties joining/leaving mid route, but thats manageable. I also have to remain within the constraints of the caterers at the lunch stop who have put on a special Menu for us, of items that they can do quickly, in order to keep things flowing nicely and keep us on schedule.

To be fair, the event has been posted on the forum for 6 months now, so anyone who's missed it is probably either not a very active or regular forum visitor, subsequently it is only fair to allow those who do visit and contribute regularly a slot. Basically it was a first come, first served offer and all who have indicated that they wanted to come between October and February have been included.

Therefore, anyone who's already on the list but can no longer make it, please let me know, so that any reserves can slot in ASAP and make plans. Apologies to anyone who cant get a place but, the event needs to be both legal and manageable so that everything can go to plan and all persons who are attending (including myself) can enjoy themselves. I'm sure there will be another run next year and there's alway the National and other events coming up during the Summer.

Many thanks for your understanding,

Number 5

Absolutely gutted I am going to have to drop out as I am now due to move house this weekend..... Some bad planning has gone on here. On the plus side the Z will have a bigger garage to live in  hopefully someone on the reserve list can take my place.

Sorry to hear that, but getting a house move behind you will be far more beneficial for the stress levels than a hoon. Thanks for letting us know though.

SK93 has now dropped into the space you've left.

Hi everyone - if there are South Easterners coming along on the Saturday check out the thread I've created for travel across... Particularly the Essex crew who we'd love to collect at Reading Services

Ok thanks Bradders75.
That means Th30dor3 can drop in to the mix and I'm guessing he drives an E86 Coupe, from looking at his posts ?

I might be free if I am I might meet you all at one of the meet points if that's ok?
I'll put you on the reserve list MM. I'm restricted with numbers after speaking to the Police and also with the parking and catering provisions at the lunch stops.

Hi All, Good news..

We've got a new starting venue for the event: (BS10 7TU)

I approached Dick Lovett BMW (Bristol) and asked if they were interested in hosting us for the start of the event. They have kindly agreed and offered us a parking area and the luxury of their Showroom from 10am to 11:30 when the last group of cars will depart.

I know they have an i8 there, but I'm sure there will be a few other choice specimens in the showroom for us to admire, whilst we gather over complimentary teas & coffees.

Porsche & Mini showrooms on-site too:
