English/Welsh Meet - The Aftermath...

After some hunting for somewhere with a bit of character, a few of us have booked in here

It's about 20 mins away from the meet point on the Welsh side of the Severn but it looks much nicer than a typical Premier Inn-type hotel and costs about the same.
 
I know where it is, but can't vouch for it at all Perry. Looks OK though.
Geographically it's fine for the meet apart from you may end up paying for a couple of bridge Tolls (£6:50) to get to and fro. ... but that all helps pay my wages :thumbsup:
 
Could you please add me to the reserve list (I'm in an E89). I am looking to make this my first forum meet!
 
Right then...
I've just about squeezed everyone in and updated the original post - 57 Cars & Reserve list cleared !

I've high-lighted the proposed group leaders for each group as these are local people who will know the route and will have done it previously.

The Alpina's will pave the way, so I can get to the lunch stop first and sort everything out (Don't worry - I won't be first to the Bar though !)

I'm sure things will change again before April anyway ! :cry:
 
I think the Midlands lot were planning on meeting up with everyone at point C Gloucester! Is C a stopping place?

Other than the pub, the best Rendez Vous Point would be McDonalds at Hardwick (GL2 4RG) by M5,Jcn12 which is just south of Point C on my map. It's right next to the A38 Road that we'll be coming up. (It was chaos stopping in Gloucester last year for Si-Forks)

I'll get a phone number off one of you and then give you a 5 minute warning prior to us sweeping by so you can tag on and then re-organise at the pub if necessary.

Who's in the Midlands Crew ?

Probably between 11:30 and 11:45 if all goes to plan.

Yep remember that one. Thanks for leaving me fend off the passing abuse at the front of the traffic Jam we created. Good practice for an ex Scoucer :lol: .
 
Thanks for organising this. Very much looking forward to the pootle around the Severn Estuary in a month's time. Great to get this huge group of Zeds together. See you in a month :thumbsup:

I was up the front as well I think I just hid in my car haha!
