English/Welsh Meet - The Aftermath...

Where are those wanting to travel over on Saturday staying? I've found the holiday inn at Filton (m32 about 10 mins from bristol Severn crossing) for £67 double room with breakfast for 2. For this price, must book at least 21 days in advance. It'll be soulless but a bed for the night!? 
Jonny, I'm coming from Essex so we could meet up for the drive?
Well Chaps.
I've updated the OP and we're upto 35 Zeds for this years run. That's about double last years photo !
Last year we met at 10am and its just under a 100 mile round trip, but I will confirm all details shortly in the OP, once I've finalised everything, made the lunch bookings and checked on any legal implications of that many cars in convoy. We will probably split the cars into groups of 8 or 9 at 10 min intervals, all meeting for lunch and at the end, but I still need to check on this as we'll be driving through 4 counties (and 2 Countries).
I will need to know who's bringing passengers, so the pub know if it's 35 or 70 people, but I will ask you all later (Do not comment yet, as it will all change by April anyway ! )
For those of you staying over, there's plenty of Premier Inn and Travelodge's around the M4/M5 interchange at Cribbs Causeway, that would be perfect for you all. About 4 miles from the start RVP. No panic yet though. Subscribe to Premier Inn website and wait the £29/room offers via email.
I will get it all sorted and posted over the next few weeks, but if you've any questions ask away.

I need to catch up with the South coast crew as there's a few of us too. It might be possible to ALL hook up at some services on the M4 if we get the timing right, but I don't know if any want to head over early and do a mini hoon through the Cotswolds on the way... Might start a new thread for that, and run a poll. Bear with me though, might take some time for me to get round to it...

Sorry chaps to declare my hand late, I'm coming on this meet. Likely travel down the night before and check into one of the cheapo hotels nearby. I think I'll likely have a passenger as well so factor this in for lunch please. Looking forward to meeting the crowd! I suppose if there's anyone else coming from, or through, Yorkshire maybe drop me a note - although I will be going down the night before as mentioned because getting there for 10am will be too much

Shame I missed last year's run as my parents were at that time living near Hereford, ah well.

The Pub have confirmed they are happy to take us again. Even said they'd open their field for overflow parking if necessary.
Looking good so far, Just waiting for Plod to confirm they're happy ...and see if they can find a Zed with blues & two's fitted !
