Engine Warning Light - Very high long-term fuel trim

The engine warning light has come on it's displaying codes 2882 & 2883 mixture too lean. It was showing a long-term fuel trim of +20%. Usually, it's caused by an air leak however, it's been smoke tested & we couldn't see any leaks plus I recently replaced the air intake manifold boot as the rubber had torn. The exhaust sensors graph looked correct & we tried removing the MAF which did reduce the long-term fuel trim but only by 1-2%. I believe all the other fuel trims seemed fine, it was only the long-term fuel trim that was high. The long-term fuel trim did decrease when we went on the accelerator but went down to about 14% which is still quite high. Does anyone have any experience or ideas of what this could be?
