Enable engine start while clutch is pressed in?

Anyone knows which module/line of code i must alter in NCS to re-enable the standard safety feature of clutch in when starting the engine? Ever since i got the car, i could start the engine without my foot on the clutch. Not an issue for me but i thought it would be good to re-enable this safety feature

I would not say this is a safety feature or worth the time doing to be honest

Never had to do that on any e85/e86 I’ve driven.

Its in NSC "Enable clutch to start" On / Off to disable. Google has quite a bit of info, and other forums too, with more knowledgeable readers. Most Japanese vehicles have this function enabled on manual transmission cars.
