Empty space near the rear fusebox

Me again with another "new owner" question.

The rear fusebox has a foam insert below it that holds the tow eye, locking nut, alen key, and a screw driver, but there is also a conspicuously shaped space around those tools that looks like its supposed to hold something specific.

Does anyone know what that something is?

Here's a picture I've just taken of mine. Tyre inflation kit in those big spaces, Despite what it might appear my locking nut isn't missing, it's in the glove box in a bright orange bag.
