Had the eml warning lamp on for a few weeks, took it to a local indy who plugged it in and there were a number of faults, some cleared but two remained-coolant temp sensor and a misbalnce of oxygen output on bank2. The car has noticably been not smooth lately and it goes in next fri for attention.

coolant temp sensor is an easy fix..... if your paying diy it imo....
the 02 sensors are also easy diys, i did both on my car in less than an hour, infact it took longer to jack the car.

Had an AA guy check the faults earlier P0152,0154,02415,2624,maybe able to claim under the AA breakdown repair cover scheme.

Car went in,air leaks at airbox bellows and split hose (small one near bulkhead) sensor was faulty also, none in stock at local Bmw dealer ordered in at £148,car goes back next week for fitment. Chap put the emission probe intothe exhausts to prove the imbalance then did a smoke test whatever that is.
