Elusive front badge

Evening all

Does anyone have any recommendations on a correct size bonnet badge for an E85, they seem to be like rocking horse s**t unless you go for a cheap version that doesn’t look like it will last.

Slowly getting the Z back to its former glory and its one thing that’s bugging me!

The badge for the front of a Z4 is 74mm diameter and most BMWs have a bigger one.

When i needed one for my E86 I bit the bullet and bought a genuine one from BMW via Amazon.

I didn’t even know BMW had a Amazon store, I’ll definitely be going for that one. Not much more expensive than some of the cheaper alternatives anyway. Trying to get the Z back up to its former glory after being neglected by what seems a few previous owners.

No problem - mine came with an invoice from BMW Park Lane.

But it doesn't include the 2 self-tapping 10mm nuts that hold it on so you need to keep the ones from the old badge. They're easy enough to get to if you pop one of the kidney grilles out.
