Just seen on the news they are going to ban under 18's from buying electronic cigarettes. Is it me or does any one else think this would be automatic and no one under 18 would have been able to buy them legally. Why is this not logical, they contain nicotine.
Pretty sure the big supermarkets sell them as cigarettes anyway, so don't serve U18s. I guess the law is to cover smaller shops and online sales. But I agree - they should have been subject to age restrictions already.
Its like that over here in texas! You must be 18 and up to buy any type of cig.I got one more year to go till I can buy them is what people always tell me. But me personally I don't see the point in smoking or drinking. :thumbsdown:
