Electrics Cut-Off

So I've seen similar problems on here but not really got an answer to mine! Every now and then when I'm either slowly parking or maneuvering, all of the electrics will cut out and then come back on. Once i switch the engine off it all then switches down completely until i open the door and close it again, them you here the cd changer load, and all the other electrics load back up. It also resets the trip computer and the clock each time!
If anyone knows or has the same problem?
