Electric Wing mirrors

Im looking to install electric wing mirrors to my car for more practical use of where i live, atm i have the one on the drivers side which can manually be spun up but the one on the passengers side is stuck in the out position with not option to turn in, how easy is it to install electric wing mirrors
 
I bought a pair off Ebay, but I had them fitted by Peter Van Der Veer who you will find referenced on here many times. I am glad I did, because despite mine being a pre October 2004 model with the full Loom ??? being fitted, Peter had to build an additional bit of loom, which he did why I waited and all done within a few hours
