Electric side mirrors can't be adjusted

HI all

I recently purchased a used Sdrive35i (2010). I've checked all the electrics and found the following faults:

Left side rear mirror doesn't heat up.
Neither left or right side mirror can be adjusted from the control panel on the drivers door.

The right side mirror does tilt downwards when reversing.

I've checked the fuses and they are working properly.

Any ideas?

Do you have no warranty ?

If not sounds like the door control wire might not be connected.

Unfortunately no warranty.

I can see from other BMW's that if the drivers door mirror engine stops working it sometimes blocks the whole system. I'm going to remove the passenger side mirror tomorrow and see if the passenger side mirror works on its own.
