Electric Seat lumbar adjust and side bags not working

Hello all,
2009 35i 45k miles
Car has the full electric seat option fitted.
Seats adjust in all directions correctly
Seat heating works correctly
lumbar adjust and the internal inflating side supports are not working.
I have looked at the joke of a fuse map which is useless.
So anyone know which fuse it is or have any other ideas regarding the issue??

Give fuse 20 a check, as that controls all of that

Don't think I could fit a whole car in there

Found the inflating side bolster not much use. Now i wish whilst i had seat apart move the air bags to be lumbar support.

Yeah, it's not user friendly.
The wiring diagrams start from page 6332, and are in sections, so the pages you'd need for that are 6395 & 9396

Everything after page 6008 is just black on my copy!!!

I'd redownload it.
I downloaded it at work this morning to get the page numbers and it was fine, so I'd start again

@Dave, I've just downloaded it from that link and it stops at page 6985, the same as the copy I downloaded from your link in May 2023.

Well fuse 20 aint the problem, passenger seat is working fine, drivers seat makes all the right noises but nothing happens at all.
The actuators seem to be in the back of the backrest, have you ever opened a seat up Dave?
Seems fairly straightforward...

No, not exactly, but yes they are relatively straightforward to dissassembly.
So if you can hear something working then at least you know that the electrical side of it is OK, so it's down to a physical connection soemwhere.

Mark, If you wouldn’t mind doing a how to with some photos when you get round to having a look, I’m sure it would help others, it would certainly help me as my drivers seat bolsters don’t seem to move but I can hear the motor going.
