Electric folding wing mirror stuck...

Guys,

Looking for a little help here, 04 3.0i roadster with electric foldy wing mirrors, the nearside is stuck in the up position whist the drivers side works just fine. There is a 'little' movement like it's trying to unfold after pressing the switch, electric ajustment of the mirror is fine it just doesnt unfold. Any ideas...motor? Was going to tackle it as a suspect seezed motor but haven't had chance yet and if anyone has any links to removal how-to's (at work with limited web time) it would be appreciated!

I'm keeping the speed down to avoid any further damage if that's possible.

I have a similar issue with the passenger side mirror on my 04, it folds up but doesn't return, I have to do it manually.
 
Its not a biggy, its that in my fast approaching middle age I've become a lazy bastard and having to move it back down...
