Elastic bands for tyres ?

Check out the size of these, they look huge and i have never seen a tyre look so thin in profile. Bet it still rides better than 18" run flats :P

Looks a bit silly if you ask me... low profile is good, *no profile* just looks like someone nicked his tyres
 
Looks like a couple of passes with electrical tape instead of tires. I hope he only intends to move the car from place to place on a trailer. :lol:
 
seems to be the trend here in the US. I've seen older used-to-be-luxury cars like Oldsmobiles with 22 inch rims and rubber bands for tires. I wish I was their rubber supplier--can you imagine how fast those things wear out, not to mention one pothole and you're back at the wheel vendor.
 
Those might be 20"s..but even if they are the tyre is entirely wrong; this M3 has 20"s and the tyres are less stretched / have more profile...

20"s are far to much on an E46, must drive like crap
