Eisenmann Twin or Quad Exhaust?

Hello,

I'm thinking of purchasing an Eisenmann exhaust for my 3.0i E85 - http://hollza.com/collections/bmw-z4-e85-e86/products/eisenmann-exhaust-system-bmw-z4-e85-e86

At present it has the standard twin exhaust tailpipes on the left hand side of the car. I usually like to keep a car looking as standard as possible and think that if the standard 3.0i comes with twin exhaust tailpipes it should remain that way. However, the quad tailpipes do look really good.

If I went with quad tailpipes, does it look as though I'm trying to make my 3.0i appear to be something it isn't (i.e. Z4 M)? Just wondering what people's thoughts are on this? Is this something that would bother you when choosing aftermarket performance parts in general?
 
Prefer the look of a quad.

It all depends on your budget as the quad is about £300 more then you'll need an M rear bumper or a modification of your current bumper.

I worked it out at approx £1800 (M rear and Eisenmann quad)
 
Thanks for your thoughts. As you say, quad are more aggressive, balance out either side and it does add to styling of the car.

What do people tend to do mainly with the quad tailpipe option, cut the rear bumper or buy the M bumper?

Thanks for sharing the photos. Yeah, to be honest I think if I go for the quad exhaust option I'd have to go with the M bumper. Looks much tidier.
 
I have the quad eisenmann exhaust system and it sounds fantastic. Not too loud but when you stick your foot down it gives a great power sound and pops well when you let off the accelerator. Love it

I'm probably going to upgrade to the Eisenmann system...just not the quad because it's just too expensive with the M-bumper, fl-lights, paint, and so on. Modifying the original bumper looks terrible. Do you have the race or sport version?

Havent a clue i purchased the car with it on. Good luck with yours you wont be dissapointed
