Have you moved the car? rock it back and forward? Release the handbrake it might drop a bit/ And they do take time to settle. If its still the same jack it up and just check its all seated correctly.

really weird. You guys have a normal drop.

When i changed mine i had a huge drop on the rear. Basically the wheel was inside the wheel arches. I had to put 15mm pads on top of the spring to have a normal drop.

Still looks high maybe it has thicker pads on the rear?

I shall be fitting mine tomorrow so i'll hopefully be able to get some pics for a comparison.

I'm guessing it has a bit of settling to do over the next hundred or so miles, pads only looked about 5mm. Either way it's pretty much where I'm happy, I wouldn't want it to get beached down some country lane oke: :lol:

Any chance you can point me to the dealer/part number of the "shorty" cover you had. It's ideal for travelling rather than the full size cover which takes up too much space to carry.

It's a cabrioshield, available via eBay. Excellent cover, really good fit and quality. Not cheap but the best £100 I've spent on the Z.

Look good, who and when you doing the fronts. I've got mine booked in for its 4 wheel alignment in the morning before I head off to summer set in it. Left it for a week for everything to settle.

is this feasible? a while ago I was trying to raise the front of mine as it was catching on speed bumps etc and there appeared no option..

I'm planning to remove the front struts following the excellent guide on here and take them to a garage to swap springs over on a hydraulic spring compressor. Then get it aligned, like you will probably allow a couple of weeks in between to settle as I don't do a lot of miles.

Looking at your pics I'd say you won't notice much difference once it's settled. Mine looks just like that. I think the Eibach kit is spot on for the z4/19's combo.
