It was the Pro Kit but it probably was a little longer in the front and had a splitter fitted too.Mark-Z4 said:wilbo said:I had eibach springs on a previous car and could only go in multi storeys with a spiral ramp as the front lip would scrape in the type that zig zag up. Did you have normal Eibachs (40mm plus drop) or the Pro Kit (max of 25/30) on you're previous car?

The Riverside one was actually the only car park where it was fine, Queens Road was a big no no. Looking at the length of the front, the Z4 does look shorter. Glad to hear it shouldn't cause an issue, got some eibachs on the way this week. Hadn't planned to modify the zed much but I have a broken rear spring and didn't want it happening again-Tom- said:wilbo said:I had eibach springs on a previous car and could only go in multi storeys with a spiral ramp as the front lip would scrape in the type that zig zag up. I can get into the oracle with no problems if that helps (both car parks)? And I can get over most of the speed bumps in reading without an issue. Don't get me wrong, it scrapes on plenty of other things though but other than losing my parking at work as a result of them I haven't struggled.

My old Sierra cosworth was a nightmare front and rear bumpers got scraped at the bottom getting on and off the ferry but the funny thing was after filling the car with booze and driving round France the mud flaps wore down to a wedge on the insides.....we did laugh lolJaEdBa said:I've lowered mine and eibachs and there's no issue in the main, steep drives that have been attacked by water erosion where they meet the road are an issue as the front wheels often drop in the crevice. multi storeys are generally ok, if you need to slow down the handbrake is probably the better option, as it won't dip the front as much.
was thinking of going over to france this summer, anyone got any experience of getting on a ferry with a lower car?
I don't think my story helps but I thought I'd share it : )
