Eibach Pro Springs - Rear

Got a set of rear Eibach pro springs for sale, part number is 11-20-010-01-HA

These where already on the car when I purchased it in January so I am not sure how many miles covered etc, they seem in good condition though. Came off a 3.0Si Roadster

Anyone know would these springs be appropriate for my (e89 23i) with adaptive suspension? I currently have one broken rear and don't fancy an oem replacement as they seem to be made from cheese.
