Eibach pro springs fitted..

Had the springs installed last Friday and all I can say is wow...

The ride seems to be transformed. Although changing to non runflats made the ride less crashy this has enhanced this even more.. Much improved over the sport springs and the car seems to corner more flat and I'd say it turns in slightly more keenly. In addition to this the look is so much better. It doesn't look slammed like some I've seen, it just looks right.. Subtle but makes such a difference IMO.

No pics as yet but the car is having a full detail tomorrow so I will get some pics when I pick it up and post them up on here.

Sounds good dude, look forward to the pics. If you're not booked in already, make sure you get a decent Hunter alignment to make the most of it.

i'd be interested in your feedback.. as i also have 19's and want to go eibach's... however with 235 profile front tyres some have said they get some rubbing on full lock.

What sort of cost is it to switch over to eibach springs all round? If it's not too costly I'd like to do this and lower my car a little.

£170 for the springs delivered and then it's a case of gettin them fitted, unless you fancy havin a go yourself..... Which I didn't lol.

So if it's lower is it stiffer too, or does it just bottom out more?

They are stiffer uprated springs.. I've not noticed any bottoming out as yet. I'm always careful where I take the car anyway.

Not experienced any rubbing yet aquazi.. I'll keep you posted though as the springs settle in

Cheers. So probably around £300 all in at an indie I'd guess. Not too bad then.

I've got 225 35 front and 255 35 back on style 230 19s. Lowered 30mm. No rubbing at all. They're not eibach springs though so not sure if that makes any diff.

I 2nd that...i paid around £160 for the 4 new springs,and £90 for fitting them,at a local garage(who have done mot's,etc for me for years);so aprox £250-ish would be ur target :D
