Sorry if this is going over old ground but could someone clarify please. I think my 3.osi sport coupe would benefit from lowering. I have 18" Star spokes on it, 225 front 255 rears.
When I check out the Eibach kits available, the one specific to the 3.0si states 20mm drop front 10mm drop rear. Whereas the kit for the 3.0 roadster states 30mm drop front and rear.
I think I'd rather drop it the same amount front and rear as i like the line of the car. I've measured the gaps tyre top to arch and think it would easily take a 30mm drop all round.
Does anyone have any experience? or an explanation for the differences? Is the 20mmF /10mmR drop to give a more agressive stance?
Finally, anyone dropped same model as mine have you spaced the wheels out? if so what thickness spacers have you used?
Thanks,
Al
