EE Broadband the pits

Have had Virgin 60mb Broadband since March this year. Has been rock solid since installation.

I've been looking at Virgins fibre optic and may change if EE poor service continues

+1 Also the Virgin customer Service has been excellent, professional and very efficient

+2 I've had cable for almost 20 years as they were laying it when I moved in this house. Dial-up modem with Telewest, all the way through to 60Mb with Virgin

One thing you have to watch is their "special offers to new customers", which in many cases existing customers can get - but You have to Ask Them!

Also it is cheaper to have TV, BB, and telephone, rather than only two of them. I have Sky, but also Cable TV, but with only freeview channels, as it is cheaper than just BB & phone.
