Ecu test.

Hi everyone,

There’s a way or software to test ecu/modules HARDWARE in the car.?

Via ista+ I only see if module/ecu is correctly powered and if it respond. But I’m not able to check if the hardware ecu is damaged.

My cmv iv rooftop module probably fault, but ista+ still return no issue in this element. And the capote work perfectly many of usual operations.
I have problem only with the latching/unlatching phase.

The locking motor is ok.

So before changing cmv rooftop module, I want to be sure is broken.

I would remove the 3rd party roof module & try the roof again, it wouldn’t be the first time they’ve created problems of their own making.

Thanks but I’ve no 3rd module part installed in my car.
