The company (Nagencast) doing these is essentially refurbing original shockers, replacing the worn components with new.
They seem reputable & have been doing this for a while - essentially you are getting new shock internals in repainted used outers.
It's a tried & tested method, 90% as good as brand new parts at 50% of the cost (or less).
Not so sure about the eBay super cheapies - hopefully someone has used them & can feed back.
