No, voll leder is the same as extended leather.
So the E85/E86 has no option that covers the dashboard with leather.
There is only extended leater and with the e85 that means fully leather covered doortrim, A pillar incl top part and sun visors.
I think leather covered roll hoops are an individual part and extended leather in the facelift when opted for walknappa (code LT)(only offered on the /m), not new england (code LB) although that was more expensive somehow...(maybe because it was an non m option)
There's also an option I think to have the center console in leather trim (so instead of the plastic), but I dont know if thats individual only (I do know its only offered on the facelift series)
TBH I only think the door carts are really worth it in extended leather (I have extended leather). They are parts that you touch frequently, so you're constanly reminded if they're full leather or only partial leather. The A pillar and sunvisors....thats in leather only a plus for looks, not so much for feel.
